1. Information we receive

Business and account information

When you email us, request a sample, begin a pilot or purchase a service, we may receive your name, business name, work email, phone number, market, property criteria, correspondence and service preferences.

Payment information

Payment details are submitted directly to the payment provider shown at checkout. DeedStake may receive transaction status, product, amount, billing identity and payment identifiers, but not your complete card number.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested page, timestamp and error data. The public site is not designed around third-party advertising trackers.

2. Property intelligence

DeedStake processes information about properties and ownership from official public sources and, only in controlled workflows, licensed data providers. Depending on the engagement, this may include:

• official property events and their source identifiers;
• parcel, property-class and appraisal information;
• owner names and official mailing records;
• provider-supplied contact candidates and validation results;
• suppression, opt-out, workflow and outcome records.

A property event, owner record and contact candidate are separate claims. We maintain those distinctions in the service and do not represent public-record inclusion as a person's marketing consent.

3. How we use information

• respond to inquiries and provide samples, pilots and subscribed services;
• verify official events, properties and ownership records;
• operate provider, quality, security and suppression controls;
• bill for agreed services and maintain transaction records;
• prevent duplicate routing, misuse and unauthorized redistribution;
• measure service performance and improve verification rules;
• comply with law and protect DeedStake, customers and affected individuals.

We do not use DeedStake data for credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening or other consumer-report eligibility decisions.

4. When information is shared

Information may be shared with providers that host, secure, process payment for or support the service; official and licensed data providers as needed to verify a record; professional advisers and authorities when legally required; and approved acquisition or brokerage partners only within an agreed, permissioned workflow.

We do not authorize customers to publish, resell or freely redistribute delivered property intelligence. Partner routing is governed by its own written scope, acceptance and suppression controls.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain source and release evidence, honor suppression, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. Different records have different retention needs; suppression evidence may be retained so a removed record is not reintroduced.

We use access controls, versioned release records and operational safeguards appropriate to the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

6. Suppression, access and correction

To request suppression of a property or contact record, email [email protected] with enough information to locate the record. To ask what business information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use the same address.

We may need to verify a request and may retain limited evidence where required for security, legal compliance, accounting or continued suppression. Rights vary by jurisdiction.

7. Children, changes and contact

DeedStake is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the platform and its operating model change; the effective date above will change when we do.
